Public Consultation Meetings for Tidal Energy Project

MT Tidal are undertaking an engagement programme with local communities

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) have funded Tocardo Ireland to undertake initial feasability work to assess the potential for the development of tidal energy projects in the Mulroy Bay area.

MT Tidal in association with Tocardo Ireland are currently undertaking an engagement programme with local communities, relevant stakeholders and interested parties as part of this we would like to invite all interested parties to attend informative meetings about the potential for tidal energy.

We would like to present an update of work done so far and provide you with the opportunity to give feedback, to ensure that any project is designed in an enviromentally, socially and economically responsible and sustainable manner.

We will be holding two meetings – open to all interested parties:

Wednesday 18th November from 7-9pm at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny Retail Park, Paddy Harte Road, Letterkenny, Co.Donegal.

Thursday 19th November from 7pm-9pm at the Carrigart Hotel, Main Street, Carrigart, Co.Donegal.
