GARDAÍ are appealing for dash-cam footage as part of an investigation by Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit into dangerous driving.
The incident, involving a VW Jetta, occurred on Sunday, December 21 in the Stranorlar area.
A garda spokesperson said: “We are seeking dash-cam footage from motorists who may have travelled between Lifford and Stranorlar on that date between 8pm and 9pm. If anyone travelled in the area of The Glebe, Stranorlar on that date with a dash-cam between 8.15pm and 8.30pm with a dash-cam, we also ask them to get in touch with us. The Roads Policing Unit in Letterkenny may be contacted on 074-9167100. Any relevant information may alternatively be passed on to Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530.”
