A PRIME commercial-residential property in the heart of Letterkenny has been put on the market. Four retail units and six, two bedroom apartments at High Road, are being sold as part of what is described as a ‘major commercial investment opportunity’.
The four retail units are ‘tenanted’ and the total commercial space is 6,500sqft. The units range in size from 980sq ft to 1162 sq ft with one unit leased as a fully fitted restaurant having a total area of 3,421 sq ft.
Letterkenny firm, Property Partners Paul Reynolds, are selling the properties. Speaking to the Donegal News, Mr Joe Reynolds said the property offered ‘excellent investment potential’.
“All of the commercial units and the apartments are let out,” he said.
