There are heavy traffic delays in Letterkenny this evening.

A minor traffic collision on the Port Bridge has resulted in long delays at the Polestar Roundabout.

Traffic heading out the Port Road towards Derry has been worst hit. Gardai arrived on the scene at 5pm so the delays are expected to ease soon.

The incident has prompted delays for traffic approaching from Ramelton too.
