Aoibhin Ní Chaiside was the hero for Pobalscoil Ghaoth Dobhair as she scored the only goal of the game to claim the FAI Schools Senior ‘B’ Girls National Cup title in Clones.
Ní Chasaide opened the scoring just 10 minutes in after being played in by Maryanne Nic a Bhaird and she made no mistake from close range.
Coola threatened through Orlaith Scanlon who hit the crossbar and also forced a good save out of Gaoth Dobhair ‘keeper Roisin Ni Chasaide early on, but the score read 1-0 at the break.
They hit the woodwork again through Hayley Mullaney but the West Donegal ladies held on for a superb win to take the title.
