The Letterkenny Area Shield of the Brian McCormick Cup will reside at Leckview Park for the foreseeable future after Letterkenny Rovers edged past Swilly Rovers at Swilly Park on Sunday afternoon.
With that Shield secured, it also puts Letterkenny Rovers in the Semi-Final of the overall competition where they will face Kildrum Tigers at the Donegal League Headquarters in Ballyare.

Shane McNamee scored a superb goal to get things started with that goal cancelled out instantly via a strike from Lee McMonagle.
