ONE unfinished estate in Letterkenny could be nearer completion following plans lodged with Donegal County Council.
Applicant DMR Developments has applied to Donegal County Council for planning permission for the completion of an unfinished estate in Lisnennan.
The proposals comprise completion of the unfinished estate with the construction of 37 dwellings consisting of 19 single dwellings and 16 semi-detached dwellings with connection to all existing services already on site including sewer pipe network, surface water pipe network and watermain.
The planning application can be viewed at the offices of the Planning Authority at the County House Lifford during its public opening hours.
Submissions or observations in relation to the proposed application can be made to the Planning Authority in writing and by paying a fee.
Such submissions or observations will be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision on the application.
The Planning Authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
