DONEGAL County Council will decide later this month on two separate planning applications for new homes in Letterkenny.
Declan Bourke and Karen McLaughlin have requested permission to build eight semi-detached houses and one detached property at Killylastin.
According to documents lodged with the local authority, the development will include an access roadway, pedestrian footpaths, open space, boundary treatments and connection to all main services.
Donegal County Council has indicated that it will have a decision on the application by March 26.
Elsewhere MCF Construction Ltd has lodged plans for ten dwellings as part of phase two of a housing development under construction at Ard Na Gréine, Letterkenny.
It will include a shared landscaped courtyard and connections to public foul and storm sewers.
MCF Construction will learn on March 30 if it has been granted permission.
