PLANS have been lodged for 40 new houses in Letterkenny.
Applicant PJD Construction London Limited has submitted proposals for planning permission for the proposed development at Killylastin.
The proposed development would comprise six blocks of two-bedroom terraced houses and one block of three-bedroom terraced houses.

Two blocks of terraced houses, each incorporating four three-bedroom houses and two one-bedroom duplex units, are also contained in proposals.
The proposals further include pedestrian footpaths, open space and boundary treatments as well as connection to services and all associated site development works.
A decision by Donegal County Council is due on June 20, 2024.
