PLANS to build 25 apartments in Letterkenny have been lodged.

Applicant George Doherty Construction (IRL) Ltd., is seeking to provide 12 one-bedroom apartments and 13-two-bedroom apartments at Rann Mor, Creeve (Smith).

According to a planning notice published in today’s Donegal News, the proposed development will consist of an apartment building with 12 one-bedroom, two person apartments, and 13 two-bedroom, three person apartments.
