The small site is directly behind the Four Lanterns premises on the Port Road.

According to the documentation supplied to the council, the building would have a blackened larch timber cladding on the exterior and a metal roof.

There would also be various coloured cement panels and triple glazing.

There is provision for one disabled parking bay, plus 32 bike bays and a bin store behind fencing.

The applicant is M & B Kelly, with a registered address in Mountcharles.

A pre-application consultation with the local authority has already taken place in relation to the proposed development.

The deadline for any submissions regarding the plans is Sunday, December 8.
