IT was a special occasion for all involved in the recent Oíche na hÓige event which took place on Friday, November 21.
Young members from Planet Youth got involved by welcoming guests and hosting the successful event.
Hazel Quigley was in attendance and organised a candle making and craft session for the attendees.

The event aimed to celebrate young people’s creativity, participation, and contributions.
It also tried to engage communities, policymakers, and media in recognising the value of youth work.
Planet Youth are reminding people that they are always seeking new volunteers to get involved with what they do.
