A PLANNING application was lodged with Donegal County Council last week seeking permission to develop a ten apartment complex to the rear of The Pulse Nightclub on Ramelton Road in Letterkenny.
The permission sought includes removal of an existing shed on site and the construction of a two-storey, above ground floor level apartment block, containing ten number apartments.
Six two-bed apartments and four number one-bed apartments including circulation and ancillary services with connection to the public sewer.
The application was lodged on December 6 however, the related documents are not yet published on the Council’s planning website.
According to the website a decision on the application is expected on February 6, 2024.
The agents are MH Associates in Letterkenny.
