Peadar Mogan has been nominated for the GAA.ie Footballer of the Week following his great performance in the Ulster final penalty win over Armagh.
The St Naul’s clubman hit two points and his pace threatened the Armagh defence on multiple occasions, getting Donegal’s second point from the left, while also levelling the game in the second half of extra-time.
Mogan is up for the accolade along with Dublin’s Brian Fenton and Louth man Conor Grimes for their performances in the Leinster final.
Fenton scored three important points from play for the victorious Dublin side who claimed their 14th consecutive Leinster championship, while Grimes kicked four points from play and put in a great display for Ger Brennan’s underdogs.
