Patrick McBrearty has been nominated for Player of the Week after his great performance against Armagh on Sunday.
The Kilcar man was in impressive form as he kicked six points in total against the Orchard County in the 0-21 to 1-10 win in MacCumhaill Park.
The captain was making his first start of the season after coming off the bench against Dublin and Kerry, and his performance saw him named the TG4 Man of the Match.
Dublin’s Seán Bugler and Cork man Chris Óg Jones have also been nominated alongside McBrearty, where he can be voted for on the officialgaa Instagram page.
McBrearty follows teammates Dáire Ó Baoill and Ryan McHugh in being nominated so far this season, Ó Baoill for his performance against Dublin, while McBrearty’s Kilcar club mate McHugh was named Player of the Week last week for his performance in Kerry.
