NATIONAL Learning Network (NLN) Letterkenny is delighted to invite the community to an open day in Letterkenny.
The event will take place in the training centre, located in Rossview Business Park, Port Road, on Thursday, March 5. Everyone is welcome throughout the day.
Dawn Patterson, NLN Area Manager, said: “We warmly welcome prospective students, families, health professionals, and teachers to visit our facility, meet our team, and learn more about the supports and opportunities available through NLN.
At NLN Letterkenny, we offer three Vocational Training Programmes designed around the holistic development of each student. Our aim is not only to support learners in achieving a QQI Major Award, but also to help them build the skills, confidence, and strategies needed to progress successfully onto their next pathway.”
The college’s dedicated instructors work alongside a multidisciplinary team including a Resource Teacher, Psychologist, and Rehabilitation Officer, ensuring students receive personalised support throughout their learning journey.
Many NLN graduates go on to further and higher education, while others successfully progress into employment.
Dawn continues: “Feedback from students often highlights the positive, inclusive atmosphere of NLN — with many sharing comments such as ‘I made friends’ — a testament to the supportive and holistic environment we foster.”
