Ethan O’Donnell has been starring at wing-back for Naomh Conaill this year, and his defensive credentials will be tested in full in the county final.
O’Donnell likes to get on the ball and break forward, but he may also have to mark Cian Mulligan or Naoise Ó Baoill on Sunday.
“They’ll certainly test my pace anyway, but you look at that Gaoth Dobhair team and even their subs, and they have quality players everywhere.
“Ethan Harkin didn’t start the last day and throughout the whole league and the early stages of the championship, he was one of their main forwards.
“So no matter where you are playing, you’re probably going to be picking up someone of intercounty quality.
“It will be a tough test, but the whole community is really looking forward to it, and hopefully we can go home with the cup again.”
