O’Donnell nominated for GAA.ie Player of the Week

Donegal’s Conor O’Donnell has been nominated for the GAA.ie Player of the Week award courtesy of his fine performance against Mayo on Sunday afternoon.

The Carndonagh native was superb throughout proceedings in Letterkenny on Sunday, kicking 1-3 from play as Jim McGuinness’s side made it three wins from three in Division 1.

The Donegal forward has been listed for this week’s award alongside Dublin’s Con O’Callaghan, who was in fine form against Monaghan at GAA Headquarters on Saturday evening.
