O’DONNELL – The death has taken place at her home of Marie O’Donnell (Owenie Ban) Owenie’s Bar, Main Street, Dungloe. Pre-deceased by her husband Owenie Ban; daughter Nancy.
Sadly missed by her sons Eugene (Dungloe), Barry (Caroline) Dublin; daughters Mary Charlton (Colin), Belfast and Ellen Scally (Pat) Loughsalt; grandchildren and extended family.
Her remains will repose at McGlynn’s Funeral Home, Dungloe on Thursday, 9th March from 3 pm until Rosary at 8 pm, followed by removal to her home. Remains reposing at her home on Friday from 2 pm until Rosary at 8 pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 am in St. Crona’s Church, Dungloe, followed by interment on Aranmore Island.
