Ó Baoighill bags crucial late goal for Cloughaneely

Donnachadh Ó Baoighill struck an injury-time winning goal as Cloughaneely edged out Milford in the Under 21 ‘B’ Championship semi-final in Convoy this evening.

The sides were level at four points apiece at the break and it was still all square in the 53rd minute when Finn Coll notched a goal for Milford.

Cloughaneely hit back with two scores, but it looked like Milford had done enough when Shane Black popped over after Matthew Ryder had made a great save.

However, there was still time for late drama and a scrappy late goal from county minor Ó Baoighill helped his team into the decider where they will face Burt or Carndonagh.
