THE Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Jimmy Deenihan, has said that there are no plans “whatsoever” to sell national parks like Glenveagh or to privatise the management, preservation or conservation of these parks.
Minister Deenihan was responding to a report in today’s Irish Independent which claimed that Glenveagh National Park could eventually be run by a private company leading to job losses.
