THERE have been nine expressions of interest in the vacant Donegal senior team managerial job as the committee has been named that will conduct interviews.
The Donegal County Committee ratified a committee which includes former Donegal legends Anthony Molloy and Martin McHugh.
The county are in the hunt for a new manager after interim manager Aidan O’Rourke stepped away following the defeat to Tyrone in the preliminary quarter-final last month.
A statement from the Donegal County Board released last night said: “Donegal County Committee tonight ratified a committee to interview interested candidates for position of our County Football manager. The Committee will include, Fergus McGee, County Chairman, Declan Martin, Rúnaí, Martin McHugh, Anthony Molloy and Anthony Doogan.
“There have been nine expressions of interest in the position.”
