Bohemians 4
Finn Harps 0
Finn Harps were easily tossed aside by an impressive and much more determined Bohemians at Dalymount Park this evening.
In what was a nightmare opening 45 minutes Ollie Horgan – who was taking charge of the Ballybofey men for the 250th time – watched on as his side exited three goals down at the break.
Ali Coote fired in a brace from distance where, on both occasions, the visitors should really have done more to close the Bohs defender down.
Before that, back on 17 minutes, Ross Tierney grabbed the opener after Liam Burt got in behind the Harps defence far too easily on the left hand side.
And while the visitors did improve slightly after the restart, it was still Keith Long’s team that had the best of the chances. And late on, in added time, Keith Buckley rolled home a fourth and final goal for the Gypsies.
