Niall O’Donnell is in line to make his first Donegal senior appearance in nearly two years after he was included in the matchday squad to face Kildare on Saturday.
O’Donnell opted out of the panel last season and has been injured so far this term.
However, the St Eunan’s clubman is now ready for action and adds to Donegal’s attacking options.
Eoghan ‘Ban’ Gallagher and Brendan McCole miss out again, while Oisin Caulfield is not included in the matchday squad this time.
Donegal face Kildare in Carlow at 5pm and the game will not be televised.
