You don’t have to spend a fortune to create the perfect brow. And remember the importance of having well shaped, and filled-in eyebrows can make or break your makeup look. One of the best eyebrow pencils costs just €1.99 from Dunnes Stores or Penney’s – the Wet ‘n’ Wild Colour Icon pencil is definitely one of my favourites.
