New social homes are to be delivered in Ballybofey

ELECTED members of the Lifford-Stranorlar Municipal District visited the Coill an Airgid housing development in Ballybofey, where 14 energy-efficient social housing units are currently under construction.

The project is progressing in three phases, with the first due to be completed this week. This consists of three two-bedroom single-storey houses.

Phase 2, which includes two three-bedroom two-storey houses and two two-bedroom apartments, is scheduled for completion in September.

The final phase, consisting of seven units, includes a mix of two- and three-bedroom two-storey houses and apartments.

This is due to be finished by the end of the year.
