TWO new officers in charge have been appointed for Killybegs Coast Guard.
After a round of interviews held in station and conducted by our senior managers from head quarters, Shane Mc Crudden has been appointed as the Officer in Charge of the Killybegs Coast Guard Station and Ronan Mc Fadden as the Deputy Officer in charge of the station.
The two men joined the team same day on October 10 2010 and nearly 13 years later are standing side by side at the helm of the Unit.
A spokesperson for Killybegs Coast Guard said, “We as a unit congratulate you two on your appointments to your roles and wish you all the very best.”
