With an impressive background including roles at prestigious hotels such as Lough Eske Castle, Castle Leslie Estate and Lough Erne Resort, Richard brings extraordinary talent, creativity and a genuine passion for delivering memorable culinary experiences.
As Fara’s completes its recent refurbishment and relaunch, featuring a fresh new look and a refined menu, Richard will lead the culinary team into this exciting next chapter. Guests can look forward to elevated dining, thoughtfully redesigned dishes that reflect local produce, and a renewed focus on exceptional quality.
