A NEW apartment building and commercial unit is being proposed for St. Johnston.
Planning permission has been sought for the building at Main Street, St. Johnston.
Applicant Ajit Singh proposes to erect a building to consist of five apartments and a commercial unit consisting of two retail units.

The development would also include a car park with nine spaces, five storage sheds, a wheelie bin storage area and at least one habitable room without steps for disabled access.
A decision is due by Donegal County Council on September 20, 2023.
