Naomh Pádraig Uisce Chaoin 1-13 Kilmurry 2-10
(Naomh Pádraig win 3-1 on penalties)
Naomh Pádraig Uisce Chaoin came back from the brink of defeat twice to win via penalties against a gallant Kilmurry side in the All-Ireland Junior Club semi-final in Parnell Park.
The Donegal men had an early setback through a Lawerence Aisling goal and were two down at the break, but it was tit-for-tat after and a Kevin Lynch ’45 in the final second of added time brought the game to extra-time.
Kilmurry hit the net again through Rory Duggan and it looked like they would win until Lynch’s 79th minute penalty saw the game go to a shoot-out.
Caolan McColgan, Lynch and Rory Hirrell hit the net while Oran McCauley saved two penalties and ensured their passage into the All-Ireland final.
