Naomh Conaill and ‘Eunan’s play out feisty draw

Ethan O’Donnell kicked the leveller as Naomh Conaill and St Eunan’s played out a feisty draw at Davy Brennan Memorial Park today.

The Letterkenny men had the better of the first half and led by 0-7 to 0-2 at the break.

Conor O’Donnell Jnr scored the first point after the restart but Naomh Conaill fought back, and notched five successive points.

Kieran Tobin kicked St Eunan’s two ahead but Ciaran Thompson and Ethan O’Donnell got the points to draw it for Naomh Conaill.

Conor O’Donnell Jnr missed a long-range free to win it for St Eunan’s before the sides clashed after the full-time whistle.
