THE N56 road through Kilmacrennan village is closed and it will remain closed for a period of time following a serious Road Traffic Collision overnight.
Diversions are in place.

Traffic is being diverted via Milford and Churchill.
Gardaí have urged motorists to avoid the area if possible.
