The N14 road near Lifford has been closed following a two-vehicle crash.
There are heavy traffic delays at Tullyrap, close to Lifford, on the N14 Letterkenny road following a two-car collision.
Gardaí said two people have been transferred to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment.
However, it is understood their injuries are not life-threatening.

Gardaí have said there is a serious oil spillage on the road, which will take some time to clear. Motorists are being advised to expect delays.
