“It’s always great when you can demonstrate in store the quality of products that we have available in our showroom and when this mystery shopper called in, it was no different to any other customer who is always impressed when they can see for themselves the quality of our products, I was delighted when I saw the magazine, we had no idea we were being mystery shopped” says Paddy.
