Roscommon 0-13 Donegal 0-20
Michael Murphy was magnificent as Donegal kept their hopes of reaching the All-Ireland semi-finals alive with a convincing win over Roscommon in Dr Hyde Park today.
Roscommon started the game well and established a 0-4 to 0-2 lead after 13 minutes.
Declan Bonner’s team eventually got into their stride, and with Michael Murphy posting five points, Donegal were in command at the break.

Odhran Mac Niallais and Michael Murphy kicked some brilliant scores at the start of the second half, and Donegal were seven in front by the 52nd minute.
MacNiallais hit the post as Donegal tried to put up a big score, but Roscommon kept in touch and reduced their deficit to five points in the 63rd minute.
However, the result was never really in doubt and Donegal closed the game out with scores from Leo McLoone and Martin O’Reilly.
