Motorists advised to take care following collision near Letterkenny

GARDAÍ are at the scene of a collision on the main Letterkenny to Kilmacrennan road.

The collision occurred at Illistrin, on the Letterkenny side of the Illistrin Fuels service station.

Traffic is moving in both directions, but motorists are advised to approach the area with care.

The incident involved at least three vehicles. Gardaí say no injuries have been sustained.

A Garda spokesperson has confirmed: “Gardaí received a report of a three-car road traffic collision on Kilmacrennan Road, Letterkenny which occurred at approximately 9:45am on June 10.

“No injuries reported at this time.”
