A Convoy man has pleaded guilty to careless driving causing serious bodily harm to another individual.
Michael Slevin, with an address at Corradoey, was arraigned at Letterkenny Circuit Court this week on the charge which relates to a collision at Chestnut Road in Ballybofey on October 26th, 2022.
Defence counsel, Peter Nolan, B.L. asked that a Probation and Welfare report be prepared in respect of his client.

Judge John Aylmer agreed to the request and said the report should determine the accused’s suitability for community service.
The case was adjourned to the October sitting of the Circuit Court.
