GARDAÍ in Donegal arrested a motorist who was subject to a bench warrant after they were caught speeding.
Gardaí from Donegal Town Roads Policing Unit detected a vehicle being driven at 123KPH in a 100KPH speed zone yesterday, Tuesday August 22.
The vehicle was stopped and through the use of the active mobility device it was established that there was a bench warrant in existence for the driver.

An arrest was made and a Court appearance will follow.
