A MOTORCYCLIST sustained serious injuries in a collision at Derrfad on Sunday.
The single vehicle collision occurred on the N56 at Derryfad, between Creeslough and Termon, on Sunday, July 13, shortly after 4.15pm.
The motorcyclist had been travelling from Creeslough towards Termon when the collision occurred. The driver of the motorcycle sustained serious injuries that are not believed to be life threatening in nature.
A garda spokesperson said: “We appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to make contact with Gardaí in Ballyshannon on (071) 9858530. If anyone travelled along that route with a dash-cam between 4pm and 4.30pm, we ask them to make the footage available to us.”
