MOLLOY, Brendan

MOLLOY, Brendan – suddenly, but peacefully at his residence, formerly of Cummerstown, Delvin and Letterkenny. Retired School Inspector and Principal of Killough N.S., Delvin, Co. Westmeath. Pre-deceased by his father Patrick; mother Cathleen; sister Anne; brothers Seamus and Kieran.

Brendan will be very sadly missed by his wife Eileen; daughter Maura; son Enda; son-in-law Dermot, grandchildren Derbhla and Conor; sisters Maura and Ita; sisters-in-law Anne and Margaret, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St. Joseph’s Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown, Navan (C15 C425) on Sunday, 29th January from 4 pm, with removal at 6 pm arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Navan for 6.30 pm. Funeral Mass on Monday morning, 30th January at 10 am which can be viewed on https://www.navanparish.ie/livestream. Burial afterwards in St. Finian’s Cemetery, Old Athboy Road, Navan.

Brendán O’Maoildia was a keen musician, author and educator and had a major influence on many people throughout his life.
