Met Éireann have issued a yellow wind warning for Donegal.
They have warned that Northwest winds will be very strong and gusty.
“High waves are also expected,” they said.

They have warned that potential impacts may include wave overtopping, displaced debris and loose objects, and difficult driving and cycling conditions.
This weather warning will be in place until 7am Friday, December 22.
