Met Éireann has issued a Moderate Weather Warning for rain for Donegal on Wednesday.
The Status Yellow Rain warning affects counties Donegal, Leitrim and Sligo and will be valid from 2am on Wednesday until 2pm on Wednesday afternoon.
Met Éireann is forecasting rain, which will be heavy at times and turning to sleet or snow.

Along with strengthening winds it could lead to poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
