A SHEEP DOG which went missing in the Cloughaneely area last week has still not been found. 10-year-old Pete was last seen in the townland of Killult, Falcarragh, on Monday afternoon, November 3.

Pete has distinctive white patches on his face and nose as seen in the photo. He is very dear to the family and the owners hope to have him returned home safely as soon as possible.

The McMonagle family would like to thank ‘all the wonderful and kind people who phoned or called to the house with sightings all over the parish, but unfortunately Pete has not been found.

A member of the family said the support from the community has been ‘unbelievable’.

If you may have any information that may lead to finding Pete, please contact Mr Enda McMonagle on Mobile 0872359782.

There have been a number of dog snatchings in Donegal in recent times and in some cases great community spirit and people’s willingness to spread the word has led to pets being discovered and returned to their owners.
