THE annual Kieran McGrath Memorial Quiz raised €750 for two very worthy charities.
The event was held recently in the Station House Hotel, Letterkenny.
The quiz celebrates the memory of the popular Letterkenny man who died in March 2023.
The winning team,’The Accountables’, pictured with representatives of the McGrath family, Letterkenny Rovers and Quiz Master, Gerry McKeever.
Among Kieran’s many interests was attending quiz nights and for many years he took part in table quizzes around the country with his quiz pals, including Gerry McKeever, the organiser of event.
The winning team was ‘The Accountables’, who, poignantly, all worked with Mr McGrath. Representatives of the McGrath family were also in attendance.
The monies raised will be divided between Pieta House and Sheephaven Search and Recovery.
