MEEHAN – The peaceful death has taken place, in Áras Gweedore, of Peadar Meehan, Magheroarty, Gortahork, Co. Donegal, F92 X667. Pre-deceased by his parents, Mary and Henry; sister Mary; brother Danny.
Survived by his wife Theresa; ten sons, four daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters Nellie and Annie, nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends.
His remains are reposing at his residence in Magheroarty. Funeral from there on Monday, 5th December for 11 am Requiem Mass in Christ the King Church, Gortahork, with burial afterwards in the adjacent cemetery. Rosary both nights at 9 pm. House private after Rosary until 11 am and on the morning of the funeral.
There will be a shuttle bus in operation from Derryconnor Natonal school to the wake house.
