McLAUGHLIN – The death has taken place at his home of Denis McLaughlin, Cloughbane, Downings, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, F92 CY80. Pre-deceased by his father Edward and mother Annie, sister Bridget McGroddy, and brother Edward.

Deeply missed by his wife Mary, sons and daughters, Denis (Christine, Portuma, Galway), Maureen (Mike O’Connor, Kilmacrennan), Anne (Navan), Martina (Michael Power, Leopardstown, Dublin), Fr. Eamonn McLaughlin (Rome), Lorraine (Patrick Byrne, Glynn, Wexford), Desmond (partner Nicola, Cloughbane), Shane (partner Kellie, London), brother Jimmy (Carmel, Killimor, Galway), sister Mary (Jim); grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his late residence in Cloughbane, Downings. Requiem Mass in St. John the Baptist Church, Carrigart at 12 noon on Wednesday, 21^st December, which can be viewed online on Mevagh Parish Facebook page, followed by internment in the family plot in Carrigart Cemetery.

House private from 11 pm until 11 am and on the morning of the funeral.
