McKEAN – The death has occurred on Monday 16th July of Marian McKean, Meenderry, Falcarragh, Co. Donegal (née Leonard, Armagh). Daughter of the late Clare and Joe, and sister of the late Sheila. After a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, in the exemplary care of Dr. Khamis and the staff of the intensive care unit in Letterkenny University Hospital.

To the profound sorrow of her loving husband Brian, her brother Malachy, sister Teresa McCabe (Collegeland), sisters-in-law, Irene and Sr. Loreto I.B.V.M., relatives and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her home in Meenderry from 3 pm on Wednesday 18th July. House private from 10 pm until 10 am and on the morning of the funeral. Funeral Mass in St. Fionan’s Church, Falcarragh on Friday 20th July at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
