McHUGH – The death has occurred of Mary McHugh (née McMullin), 74 Ard Connell, Glenties, peacefully in the wonderful care of the management and staff at Killybegs Community Hospital. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Frankie.
Deeply regretted by her daughter Geraldine McCauley (Barnesmore), sons Patsy (Letterkenny) and Jim (Spiddal, Co. Galway), son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
Her remains will repose at Shovlin’s Funeral Home, Sandfield, Ardara on Wednesday, 30th March from 4 pm with removal at 5:30 pm, going to her late residence. Removal from her home on Friday morning to St. Connell’s Church, Glenties, for Requiem Mass at 11 am, with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
Due to COVID-19, the house will be private to extended family and neighbours.
