Joe McHugh
DONEGAL Fine Gael TD Joe McHugh has retained is junior ministry, but is now the new Minister of State for Diaspora and Overseas Aid.
He had been Minister of State at the Department of Arts, Heritage and Gaeltacht Affairs and the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources with Special Responsibility for Gaeltacht Affairs and Natural Resources.

The announcement was made by Taoiseach Enda Kenny shortly after 6 pm.
Mr Kenny has increased the number of junior ministry posts to 18 – with a number of younger and female TDs being handed promotions.
