McGOWAN, Thomas (Tommy) – Portnason, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal, peacefully at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his caring family. Pre-deceased by his parents Phil and Elizabeth.

Tommy will be forever remembered by his wife, Maura; daughters Deirdre (Justin), Sinead (John) and Nuala (Glenn); much loved by his grandchildren Cora, Rory, Robyn and Luke.

Reposing at McGee’s Funeral Home, Belleek Road, Ballyshannon on Tuesday from 5 pm to 8 pm. Removal from his late residence on Wednesday at 10.30 am to arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, The Rock, Ballyshannon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 am, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan at 2 pm.

House private to family, neighbours and close friends.

Donations in lieu of flowers to the Ballyshannon Community Nursing Unit, c/o Patrick McKenna Funeral Directors, Ballyshannon or any family member.
